Tori Noble
Tori Noble is a Staff Attorney at the Electronic Frontier Foundation specializing in free speech, intellectual property, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence issues. Tori leads EFF’s work on AI and copyright issues. She also advocates for sensible AI policy in courts, governments, and technical standards organizations.
In addition to her work on AI, Tori litigates free speech, copyright, privacy, and transparency cases. She also advises security and encryption researchers through EFF’s Coder’s Rights Project and co-leads EFF’s cybersecurity policy work.
Prior to joining EFF, Tori represented media companies, televisions and film producers, and journalists as a litigation associate at Dentons US LLP and a First Amendment fellow at The Intercept. Tori holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy and a J.D. from Stanford Law School.
