Reddit AMA

October 24, 2012 - 9:00am

EFF will be answering user questions on Reddit IAmA, joined by a panel of activists, companies, and experts, who oppose restrictive intellectual property provisions that threaten the free and open Internet. The main focus of the session will be the Trans-Pacific Partnership agreement (TPP), a multilateral trade agreement that contains a chapter on intellectual property which poses a major threat to digital rights. Other participants include Reddit founder Alexis Ohanian, Internet law expert Michael Geist, ACLU, Cheezburger Network, innovator Michael Tippet, Public Knowledge, OpenMedia, TuCows, and Personal Democracy Media. Please join us on Reddit and make sure to submit and "upvote" questions for the panel to answer.

The Reddit IAmA will take place between 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST.
