EFF invites Bay Area members and their friends to get off the sidelines on April 25 and join the data privacy team!

FIRST HALF: PGP Workshop
The evening kicks off  at 6 pm with an advanced workshop on email encryption with EFF's Lisa Wright and Tom Lowenthal, Staff Technologist at the Committee to Protect Journalists.  Learn how to solidly defend your privacy online using public key cryptography and create your own PGP key.

SECOND HALF: Key-Signing Party
At 7:30 pm, EFF is hosting a community key-signing party. New keyholders and established users will mingle, verify IDs, and expand the web of trust.

Members may attend one or both halves and are encouraged to bring a guest. After all, privacy is a team sport and everyone wins!

WHEN:
Tuesday, April 25, 2017
Workshop: 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm
Key-Signing Party: 7:30 to 9:00 pm
