EFF and the ACLU of Northern California (ACLU-NC) will urge a judge to continue blocking the unconstitutional Internet provisions of California’s Proposition 35, a ballot measure passed by California voters last month that restricts the legal and constitutionally protected online speech of all individuals on California’s sex offender registry.
