Dave Maass, an investigative researcher at the Electronic Frontier Foundation, will discuss how citizens can ensure government transparency, covering the Freedom of Information Act, recent updates to the California Public Record Act, and the San Francisco Sunshine Ordinance. Attendees will hear about EFF's work on transparency and learn practical tips for obtaining information from government agencies.
