From the Organizers:
Michael Garfield returns to ATX for the first time since 2018 for a special double-header of live electro-acoustic bardistry and inspiring discussion on the future of technology and society!
Join us at West China Tea House on Saturday May 28th—an all ages show, suggested $20 sliding scale donation. Proceeds support independent art and scholarship, but come one come all—nobody will be turned away for lack of funds.
Book-ended by live music performances, join us for an EFF-Austin live podcast taping with Future Fossils. We're going to be using the recent potential Twitter buyout as a jumping off point to discuss free speech, curation, moderation, and censorship on the internet and social media, as well as exploring bigger questions around the relationships between design, economics, and society.
