Join EFF at Real Future Fair in San Francisco

The Fair is a two-day event. Friday will feature conversations about how technology is changing our world, and requires a ticket. Saturday is a day-long interactive fair featuring drone demonstrations, a robot petting zoo, a retro future film screening and programming from Code for America, the Bay Area Video Coalition, Counterpulse and The Long Now, and it is free and open to the public.

During the AM module on Friday, EFF Director of Copyright Activism Parker Higgins will join the "Future of Law" panel to argue possible cases from future courtrooms with Tim Hwang and Andrea M Matwyshyn. In the afternoon, EFF Executive Director Cindy Cohn will be part of the "Future of Privacy." Journalist Kashmir Hill will moderate this panel about the new possibilities and perils of technology, with Ross Mcnutt of Persistent Surveillance Systems, and security expert Dan Tentler.

On Saturday, EFF staff Software Engineer Bill Budington and Activist Nadia Kayyali will be available from 1-4 to answer your privacy questions and share practical security tips.
