EFF's participation in this year's Internet Governance Forum includes a workshop on the Manila Principles on Intermediary Liability, and our participation in workshops on net neutrality, surveillance, and more. We will also be co-hosting a civil society pre-event on November 8, and participating in the parallel Ungovernance Forum.
