EFF at Enigma 2018: Security and Privacy Ideas that Matter

January 16, 2018 - 10:00am to January 18, 2018 - 2:00pm
Santa Clara, California

EFF is excited to be a part of the third iteration of Enigma, a security conference by USENIX geared towards those working in both
industry and research. We'll be in the expo hall, so come say hi and learn more about our current work, and even become a member!

Enigma centers on a single track of engaging talks covering a wide range of topics in security and privacy. Expect three days of high-quality speakers, content, and engagement for which USENIX events are known.

On Tuesday morning, join EFF Researcher Gennie Gebhart and Bill Marczak, Senior Research Fellow at Citizen Lab for their talk on usability and threat-modeling, along with the real-world adaptations of technology and understandings of "security" and "privacy,   We Gave You This Internet, Now Play by Our Rules.

Wednesday night join EFF's Kurt Opsahl, Eva Galperin, and Gennie Gebhart, along with special non-EFF guest Bill Marczak for An Evening with EFF in the Bayshore Room at 7pm, just after the conference reception.

We hope to see you there!
