Fighting the Patent Trolls

Innovators are battling an epidemic of lawsuits brought by nonpracticing entities (i.e., "patent trolls"). These lawsuits are estimated to cost the economy $29 billion a year -- money that could be spent creating U.S. jobs. Companies that have been victimized and policymakers who are helping the tech industry fight back and speak out.
