December 19, 2020 - 11:00am to 12:00pm PST

The Cypurr Collective, a local organization in theĀ Electronic Frontier Alliance (not EFF), will host this event:

Cypurr's End of the Year Cyber-Security Game Show Spectacular aka SO LONG 2020!

From The Organizers:

What a year! If there has ever been an argument for holistic security (or, how our cyber-defense is related to our physical and emotional defense), 2020 really found a way to bring together pathos from multiple locations, and serve it to us all on a single platter. Join Cypurr as they are joined by EFF's Grassroots Advocacy Organizer, Rory Mir, to review some of the bigger tech stories from the past year. Plus, some discussion on what we can hope for (cybersecurity-wise) in the new year!

This workshop will take place online via Zoom. Please RSVP to receive the Zoom link prior to the event.

Saturday, December 19
2:00pm - 3:00pm (ET)

This event is organized not by EFF, but by The Cypurr Collective, a grassroots group participating in the Electronic Frontier Alliance. The EFA is a network of grassroots organizations across the country committed to promoting digital rights. Together, we're building a movement to promote freedom of expression, privacy, security, creativity, and access to knowledge.
