(ICCP). Speakers include OECD Secretary General Angel Gurria, European Commission Vice-President Neelie Kroes, Ministers from Brazil, France, Australia, UK and business leaders from the internet economy – including Vint Cerf (ARIN) and Tim Berners Lee. This is a follow up to the OECD Ministerial Meeting on The Future of the Internet Economy, Seoul, Korea, June 2008
