Co-sponsored by the Electronic Frontier Foundation, this symposium will unite some of the key figures in the history of 47 U.S.C. § 230, widely regarded as the most important internet specific law.

EFF Fellow Jason Schultz will moderate the session on Legislative Perspectives. Later in the day, EFF Legal Director Cindy Cohn will participate in a panel presenting "Litigators Perspectives."

Registration is required and at least five hours of CLE will be provided.
