Katitza Rodriguez, EFF International Rights Director will be participating in the Council of Europe advisory group on cross border Internet, an Ad hoc group of the Steering Committee on the Media and New Communication Services. The main items on the agenda will be a draft declaration of the Committee of Ministers on Internet governance principles and a draft recommendation of the Committee of Ministers on international and multi-stakeholder cooperation on resources that are critical for the functioning of the Internet in a cross-border context.
