Lee Tien, EFF Senior Staff Attorney, will speak about the amicus brief filed by EFF and the Progress & Freedom Foundation (PFF) urging the United States Supreme Court to protect the free speech rights of videogame creators and users, asking the justices to uphold a ruling throwing out unconstitutional restrictions on violent videogames. The event is being hosted by the Atlanta Chapter of the Federal Bar Association's 2011 Robert S. Vance Forum on the Bill of Rights. This event is free and open to the public, however reservations are suggested as these events fill up quickly.
