October 25, 2022 - 2:00pm to 4:00pm PDT
Chicago, IL

Lucy Parsons Labs, a local organization in the Electronic Frontier Alliance (not EFF), will host this event:

Protests & Digital Privacy

From the Organizers:

Learn about attending protests safely in the age of ubiquitous digital surveillance. Get answers to the following questions and more:

  • Who is monitoring me at a protest and why?
  • What risks should I consider when attending protests and how do I mitigate them?
  • Do I leave my phone at home or bring my phone?

Let's begin to answer these questions together, led by Lucy Parsons Lab.

This event takes place in person. Masks are strongly encouraged in all Chicago Public Library locations.
