Office has preliminarily found the C2 patent invalid as
obvious, agreeing with many of the arguments EFF put forth

* California Ban on Violent Videogames Violates First
 Amendment
EFF and The Progress & Freedom Foundation (PFF) urged the
United States Supreme Court last week to protect the free
speech rights of videogame creators and users, asking the

restrictions on violent videogames.
