There's good news today for privacy advocates — the Onion reports that Google has developed an exciting new "opt out" program for those who don't want the search giant compiling vast amounts of their personal data:

Those unsure about whether this opt out feature is right for them may want to take action now — tell Google you want privacy protections built in to Google Book Search to ensure the right to read privately in the future.
