Support Open Access to Research in California

The California Taxpayer Access to Publicly Funded Research Act (AB 690) gives the public access to hundreds of millions of dollars worth of research funded in whole or in part by California residents. You helped pay for it. You should have access to it. There's already a budget crisis in California. Universities, research institutions, libraries, and individuals can't afford the research they need. This bill would help fix that.
