Cyber Security: Protection or Invasion?

Senior Staff Attorney Lee Tien will participate in a panel about cyber security at UC Berkeley. Delta Phi Epsilon, UC Berkeley's only co-ed professional Foreign Service and international relations fraternity, and the Institute of International Studies present an event exploring policy implications of cyber security in domestic and international frameworks, and it will also discuss its social implications from a civil liberty perspective.
