If you live in the San Francisco Bay Area, consider volunteering this Saturday, March 1, to benefit Bay Area schools through the Untangle + Alameda County Computer Resource Center (ACCRC) Linux Installfest. Bring a screwdriver and disassemble broken computers, install Ubuntu or clean up!

The Installfest is taking place in four locations in the Bay Area:
* San Francisco (no dissasembly here)
* Berkeley
* San Mateo (no dissasembly here)
* Novato

Your hard work and technical savvy:
* Spreads F/OSS (Ubuntu, Firefox, OpenOffice & more)
* Bridges the Digital Divide with underprivileged users
* Keeps toxic computer equipment out of landfills
* Is a cool community effort!
