St Louis, MO
Privacy Watch STL, a local organization in the Electronic Frontier Alliance, (not EFF) will host this event:

From the Organizers:

A private company called “Persistent Surveillance Systems” is trying to bring a mini-fleet of spy planes to St. Louis.

The mass-surveillance system, which was developed by the military to fight insurgents in Iraq, will give both this private company and the police a constant video recording of the movements of every person and vehicle in St. Louis. These video records of our movements will be retained for months, if not years, and will be owned by the private company to do with as they wish.

St. Louisans must come together to tell City officials that we will not allow this outside company to use our communities as guinea pigs to test out their new spy plane technology.
