High court denies NSA spying challenge

Lawsuits brought by other groups, such as the American Civil Liberties Union and the Electronic Frontier Foundation, challenging the controversial NSA program will continue to move forward in federal court.

The program collects data such as phone numbers, call times and call durations, but not the contents of any communications, according to the NSA.
