Understanding Fusion Centers in Minnesota

We will be exploring the history of Fusion Centers nationally, examining Minnesota governor Tim Walz's proposal to add millions of additional taxpayer dollars to their budget, and discussing of how fusion centers fit into larger discussions of race, power, and police funding.
