Calif. Lawmakers OK Bill Requiring Warrants To Access Email

S.B. 467, which was proposed by state Sen. Mark Leno, D-San Francisco, and sponsored by the Electronic Frontier Foundation, cleared the state Assembly floor Monday on a 73-3 vote.
