From the Organizers:
Learn about the fight against New York City’s growing array of invasive, discriminatory spy tools. These new surveillance technologies invade every corner of our lives and give the NYPD disturbing new powers. From facial recognition to DNA dragnets, to even the way we pay for a simple subway ride, presenters will explain the new ways that New Yorkers are being tracked and the grassroots fight to enact new privacy laws.
