The Movement for the Internet Active Users (MIAU), the leading digital rights organization in Japan, will be celebrating their 6th year anniversary on Mar. 15 by holding a day-long symposium. The day will be filled with sessions discussing MIAU's past and present work, as well as to provide opportunities for the Japanese digital rights community to look ahead to future policies and campaigns to advance Internet freedom in the country. Global Policy Analyst, Maira Sutton, will be keynoting the conference.
