Much has been written post-wardrobe incident on the way that the FCC interprets and applies its rules about indecency.

Is swearing in a foreign language okay? How about using slang "code words" for certain body parts or sex acts? Will the FCC give you a break for the inadvertant slip of the tongue -- you know, those tricky words and phrases with a double entendre/meaning, one of which is "clean"?

For the answers, check out the Indecency I.Q. Test by the law firm Garvey Schubert Barer and radio consultancy Jacobs Media. We're not sure this test is authorized, but it sure is educational.
