Talya Nevins

Academic Background: Talya is a rising 2L at NYU School of Law, where she is a scholar at the Institute for International Law and Justice and a Guarini Global Law & Tech affiliate. She graduated from Princeton University in 2018 with a BA in Near Eastern Studies and Gender and Sexuality Studies. 
Work Experience: Prior to law school, Talya worked in the Manhattan District Attorney's Major Economic Crimes Bureau. At NYU Law, she also works as a research assistant for the Information Law Institute and for Professor Helen Hershkoff.  
Legal Interests: Data Governance; Antitrust Law; Consumer Privacy; Government Surveillance

Bio/Other Interests: She enjoys traveling, biking, and culinary adventures around Brooklyn.
