At the 2013 Mozilla Festival, over 1,000 open web fans from around the world will gather to help forge the future of the web. EFF activist Parker Higgins will lead the introductory session to the "Look Who's Watching" privacy track with a discussion over the many approaches possible to addressing NSA spying.
