I grew up in Guatemala and worked as a journalist in Florida and New Mexico before coming to the Bay Area. I really like to eat, so any given evening or weekend, you'll probably find me trying to eat my way through San Francisco or cooking up a storm at home. I also enjoy attending live music events and occasionally tinkering with gadgets and trying to put them to new uses.
