Join Senior Investigative Researcher Dave Maass of the Electronic Frontier Foundation for a workshop about the EFF's large-scale project to inventory what technologies law enforcement agencies around the country are deploying in our communities.

You will learn how to use advanced search engine functions and comb government websites to dig up information on body-worn cameras, automated license plate readers, drones and more, while also contributing to a greater data mapping project. You will also get to test run EFF's research platform, Report Back, developed in partnership with the University of Nevada, Reno's Reynolds School of Journalism.

Please bring a laptop to this workshop in order to participate.
