and correct copy of the e-mail archive is attached hereto as Exhibit A
(“e-mail archive”).

2. Issuing or causing the issuance of legal threats to discourage or block the
Internet hosting of the information contained in the Diebold e-mail archive .

3. Issuing or causing the issuance of legal threats to discourage or block the
Internet hosting of links to the information contained in the Diebold e-mail archive.

This Temporary Restraining Order and all supporting pleadings and papers must be served
on Defendant no later than __________, and proof of service shall be filed
no later than one court day before the hearing on the preliminary injunction.
