Barrett v. Rosenthall - EFF filed a friend-of-the-court brief supporting the federal Section 230 immunity for a USENET user posting. OPG v. Diebold - EFF successfully prosecuted the first case against abusive copyright claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
